Understanding the early learning and child care workforce

Thank you for your participation.
Stay tuned for report release, late Fall 2023.

43 of 47 children’s services managers across Ontario have come together to support the creation of a sustainable, regional level child care and early years workforce data collection process.

This province-wide initiative will inform the important work local governments do in support of the early years workforce - ensuring their value is recognized, and that children and families have access to high quality early childhood education and support services.  Results from this study will help inform and support evidence-based policy development.

We need your voice!
To better understand the current early education workforce climate, the challenges and barriers faced by those in the sector, and facilitators to success, we need your voice!
